If you used the USPS Tracking Tool and it is noted that your package was delivered, but you do not have it in your possession try contacting your local Post Office. They will have the most up-to-info on your package and will be able to inform you on the location more accurate than SportingSmiles.
We may be able to put in a claim on your behalf or send out a new impression kit.
